Satyam BPO est le deuxième fournisseur mondial de BPO

La division BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) de Satyam Computer Services, prestataire de services informatiques et de consultance dans le monde entier, figure à la deuxième place de la liste des fournisseurs mondiaux de BPO du « Black Book of Outsourcing » de Brown-Wilson Group. L’entreprise occupe en outre la quatrième place de la liste des « Knowledge Process Outsourcing Vendors ». Plus de 4.000 entreprises ont été analysées afin d’établir les classements.

Satyam BPO figure pour la troisième année consécutive dans le top dix du Black Book of Outsourcing. En 2007 et 2006, Satyam BPO (auparavant Nipuna) se trouvait dans plusieurs catégories, parmi lesquelles FAO, KPO et Energy & Utilities.

NIIT Technologies receives Top Honors in the Black Book of Outsourcing

NIIT Technologies, the global IT services provider headquartered in New Delhi, was ranked No. 1 in the prestigious Black Book of Outsourcing 2008 Travel Industry user survey. The survey covers contracts held by 1200 of the top airlines, hotel chains, cargo companies and other travel corporations globally.

According to the survey findings, NIIT Technologies won the Top Honors and excelled in both sections of ITO and BPO as well as together as a bundled ITO/BPO supplier.

Commenting on the achievement Mr. Arvind Thakur, CEO, NIIT Technologies, said, “Achieving top rank in the Black Book of Outsourcing reinforces NIIT Technologies ability to deliver business value through sharp focus on select industry segments.”

The travel industry is a key focus of NIIT Technologies with 25% of its revenues arising from services to this sector. The survey was conducted by evaluating outsourcing vendors across 18 key performance indicators of operational excellence.

The annual study, conducted by the outsourcing management consulting firm Brown-Wilson Group, recognizes excellence among global service providers that demonstrate superior management practices, leadership and outstanding performance.
