Pascal Baumans, Solution Architect at q-leap

q-leap is very pleased to announce that Pascal Baumans has joined its team as a Solution Architect.

Pascal will be working with the q-leap technical team as an accomplished specialist in both back-end and front-end application architecture analysis and development.

Pascal holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège Rennequin Sualem, Belgium.

He started his career as a Developer for Cap Gemini Ernst&Young and then for Record Bank Belgium.

After this, Pascal worked 3 years for Pragmaconsult as a Java J2EE Developper. Then, he joined RBC Investor Services where he has been in charge of analysing and developping various SOA services for RBC’s ESB. He was also the technical reference for Java developpement and a continuous build integration evangelist.

Before joining q-leap, Pascal Baumans was working as a Developer & Solution Architect for CTG in Luxembourg. He participated in giving guidelines and bests practices recommendations to junior developers, reviewing code with always focusing and raising awareness quality.

Working on Java Technologies since the beginning of his career, these previous different missions gives it to him the opportunity to develop large skills related to J2EE APIs and reach an efficient expertise level about distributed applications deployments and Java related technologies. Fast adaptation and teamwork spirit, make him considering each new project as an opportunity to meet people and share his experience.
