For the ninth edition of the WordPress Meetup Luxembourg on April the 25th, the organizers have decided to step up and give birth to an official WordPress Community in Luxembourg.  On this occasion, the monthly meetup will welcome two speakers from Agile Partner for a great talk about Agility and the SCRUM methodology.

Founded by Laurent Maillard with the support of the WordPress Foundation, the WordPress Meetup Luxembourg has been running for 8 months now and we couldn’t be more happy with the success it had so far.

With more than 100 members in the Meetup group, for our ninth meetup, it was time to give birth to a proper WordPress Luxembourg Community !

To federate the community we have 3 announcements:

1. A brand new Slack for all things WordPress in Luxembourg.

2. A brand new website: wpluxembourg.com. People can now subscribe to our Slack team from there.

3. A bigger organization tem with Mathieu Sarrasin joining Laurent Maillard as a co-organizer.

Facilitate your work with WordPress using the good methodology

As always, we’ve organized a great talk by inviting two experienced professionals to share their knowledge. Sylvain Chery and Adrien Muller, respectively Director & Agile Coach and Senior Consultant at Agile Partner will give a keynote about Agile.

In a practical and playful way, Sylvain and Adrien aim to give participants awareness about Agile and show them how it can benefit the daily work of a developer, a designer or a copywriter.

During this session you will discover the spirit of Agile in a practical & fun way. You will also understand how Agile values are embodied into one of the most popular framework: SCRUM. At the end of the session you will get concrete examples of a few things you can start doing tomorrow to start your Agile journey.

A drink to celebrate

After Sylvain and Adrien’s keynote, we will all have a drink to have fun together, exchange experiences and meet new people: the three keys to building a solid WordPress Community in Luxembourg.
