The Dynamics Ainos team had the chance to support the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce from the very early stages of analysis to deployment, training and support.
Ainos was able to organize a solution envisioning to define with the Chamber of Commerce a broad scope (which has evolved further), the business processes to be implemented and an efficient data model. From there, it is in agile mode and punctuated by sprints that Dynamics is deployed, first transversal functionalities, then department by department, business process by business process. A dedicated Ainos team provides the necessary work to deploy Dynamics 365 for the Chamber of Commerce at a sustained pace and provide the necessary support and guidance.
The Chamber of Commerce is deploying Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 business apps one by one with Ainos: sales, marketing, customer service in the long term, etc. As well as cross-functional applications such as Power BI and Power automate.
