Hence and following the success of last year’s competition, EuroCloud Luxembourg in partnership with ITnation has the pleasure to invite all the companies based in Luxembourg and active in the field of cloud computing and SaaS to participate in the 2014 edition. The awards ceremony will take place during the “Golden-i” event organised by ITnation in Mondorf-les-bains, on May 15th, 2014.

The trophies

EuroCloud Luxembourg Awards competition is the main platform for companies operating in the fields of cloud computing technologies and SaaS, to gain better visibility and reputation, both in Luxembourg and throughout Europe. The European trophies will be delivered on the evening of the 15th in the following five different categories:

• Best cloud service for the public sector
• Best SaaS on the market
• Best IaaS / PaaS on the market
• Best innovation and business potential
• Best business impact achieved by Cloud Services

The deadline for the submission of application is April 11th, 2014, through the platform itnation.lu 

The winners of the EuroCloud Luxembourg awards will then have the privilege to participate in the European competition organized by the EuroCloud network, which gathers the winners from all the national competitions and which will take place on September 30th, 2014 in Luxembourg.

The goal of EuroCloud Luxembourg Asbl is to facilitate the development of the computing virtualization technologies market in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and to promote the services and applications of “Cloud Computing”, “Software as a Service”, and similar technologies. The association gathers a large number of Luxembourgish companies active in the field of Cloud Computing and SaaS. In this mission, the association benefits from the support of the Fedil – Business Federation Luxembourg and the ABBL. It also belongs to the European network EuroCloud.
