Company and fund administrators are able to upload and share documents, select authorized signatories, follow the status of the documents sent for signature, and organise secured, anytime, anywhere board meetings through a shared calendar. DOCUNIFY also enables its users to save their annotated board packs, passports and other sensitive documents in a personal safe. The users’ one or many funds or companies are managed from a single, fully secured dashboard accessible at any time and hosted on Dimension Data’s servers in Luxembourg and London.
